Named after Florida's iconic Live Oak tree — strong, enduring, and deeply rooted — Live Oak Labs was founded with a simple belief: great apps come from understanding real human needs.

We're a small, independent studio. That means every app we build gets our full attention. No cutting corners. No chasing trends. Just thoughtful products designed to make everyday life a little bit better.

  • App usage data to improve our services
  • Messages and content you create within the app

  • Provide and improve the Harmony House app experience
  • Authenticate your identity securely via SMS OTP
  • Enable collaboration features between roommates and landlords
  • Send important app notifications and updates

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Supabase for secure data storage and Twilio for SMS delivery. Both services are bound by their own privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.

Data security

We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication practices including phone number verification via one-time passcodes.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@liveoak-labs.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
